Overview

Gateway Security is looking to immediately hire a dinamic Customer Service/Administrator to join our Corporate Office team.

Responsibilities

  • Partners with Operations Manager 
  • Provides day to day general administrative support 
  • Assist in training new Security Officers with the supervision of Operations Mngt
  • Answer phone calls and monitor cameras 
  • Access Control
  • Conducts required tours
  • Provides Customer Service

Qualifications

  • Must be computer literate (Microsoft Word, Excel, e-mail, internet, etc.).
  • Requires excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and to help identify and solve problems.
  • Comfortable with accepting directives
  • Must have reliable, appropriate transportation.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule as needed (during special projects).
  • Conduct and represent themselves in a professional manner
  • Has a friendly and professional demeanor and provides quality customer service.
